We ship all items directly from our producers in Italy to ensure quality and authenticity.

• Standard Delivery: 2–5 working days.
• Important Note: All taxes, duties, and related fees are the sole responsibility of the recipient and may vary depending on the destination country.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you may return or exchange your items free of charge within 14 days of receipt.

• Return Conditions:

  • Items must be returned in their original, unused condition, with all CHVS* packaging and tags intact.
  • Shoes should only be tried on a soft carpeted surface to prevent damage to soles or leather.
  • Returns that fail to meet these conditions will not be accepted and will be returned to the sender.

• Promotional Codes:

  • If a promotional code was applied to your purchase, it will also be considered for exchanges.
